Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is due to an incorrect part ordered or due to the part not being compatible with other aftermarket parts installed on the vehicle, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is compatible with their intended application and to contact us prior to purchase with any questions.

In the case of returns due to buyer's remorse or incompatibility, a 20% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.

*Please note that return or cancellation of order on any CTS Turbo products within the 30 day return period will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Any warranty or support inquiries for all CTS Turbo products will have to be dealt with by the customer with CTS Turbo directly.*

Please note that all safety related equipment including but not limited to helmets and safety harnesses are final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In Store Pick Up Policy

Once you have received an email indicating that the order is ready for pick up, you may pick it up at our store location any time during store hours. If you are assigning another person to pick up on your behalf, you must send us an email and give us the name of the person that will be picking the order up on your behalf.

Please have your order number on hand when you come in store for pick up as it will expedite the pick up process.

You will have 90 days from the date in which the order status has been changed to "Ready for pickup" to come in store to pick up your order. Once the 90 days has elapsed, the order will be treated as abandoned and subsequently cancelled. No refunds will be provided for abandoned orders.

 

Track Event Policy

Track events hosted by Raser Motorsports (a subsidiary of WCT Performance) are rain or shine events. We will not be able to refund or reschedule a ticket once it has been booked. Please ensure that you or the participant in which you are purchasing the ticket for is able to attend the event on the chosen date before completing the order; ticket is considered to be confirmed once the check out process is complete. Refunds or change of dates will be offered in the situation where the event was cancelled by the track venue or Raser Motorsports due to unforeseen circumstances such as government forced shut downs. 

 

A single ticket purchase is valid for one vehicle and one driver only. Additional drivers could be added at an additional cost. 

 

To promote a safe and fun environment for everyone, all participants are expected to follow the rules on the track; any behaviour which jeopardizes the safety of staff members and other participants will not be tolerated and the party violating the rules could be penalized including removal from the current and any future events without a refund.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
